| 1. | New Business: A. Hardship Variance Appeal: 186-190 Ocean Avenue, Tax Map #140 Block C Lot #020, R-5 Residential Zone, Anthony B. & Evelyn C. Roloff, owners: The Appellant is seeking a hardship Variance Appeal under sections 14-117 (a) (2) (a) land area per dwelling unit for a multiplex, and 14-120 (f) minimum lot width for a multiplex. The property owner is working with the abutting property owner, Owen B. Pickus, to correct boundary encroachments and which result in the reduction of total land area per dwelling unit from 26,508 square feet to 23,785 square feet or 215 square feet under the required 24,000 square feet. The required lot width which is currently legally nonconforming at 62.4 feet from the required 90 feet will be approximately to 60.8 feet. Representing the Appeal will be the owner’s in person or by councel to present the appeal. Representing Owen B. Pickus and speaking for the appeal is lawyer Clarke C. Hambley. |
