The Appellant is seeking an Interpretation Appeal regarding section 14-145.5 (a) 8 of the City of Portland Zoning Ordinance and a Zoning Determination given by Marge Schmuckal. The appellant is requesting that the interpretation for the conservation easement on November 30, 1995 is invalid. The appeal has been remanded back to the Zoning Board of Appeals to rehear by the Superior Court. Representing the appeal is the applicant Sidney St. F. Thaxter and Mary McCann. |
