| The Portland Planning Board will consider a request for reconsideration of a motion to waiver the requirement to construct Brandon Street to City Standards. The Planning Board voted 2-4 (Tevanian and Lowry in favor; Hall, Silk, Odokara and Patterson opposed), thus the request for a waiver was denied at the September 11, 2007 public hearing.

| The Portland Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider the final design of Osher Map Library. The project was approved in March 3, 2007 with a condition that Osher Map Library building design be reviewed and finalized.
