| 5. | Review and recommendation to City Council on requests by Capital, LLC and Realty Resources, LLC for Credit Enhancement Agreements under the Bayside Redevelopment Tax Increment Financing District and Municipal Development Program, to assist with the financing of the proposed structured parking portions of the developments at the City owned property at the Northeast corner of Marginal Way and Preble Street Extension. |
