The Appellant is seeking an Interpretation Appeal regarding section 14-182 of the City of Portland Zoning Ordinance and a Zoning Determination letter given by Marge Schmuckal. The appellant is proposing to change the use from an automobile repair garage to government offices. Representing the appeal is Lawrence Clough (Attorney) and the owners of A&M Partners, LLC (Michael Scarks & Art Girard).
