i.Packard Development Remand by Superior Court for findings of facts related to the limitation on the size of the boxing club building. (5:00- 6:00 PM- estimated time)
The Portland Planning Board will receive the Packard Development Remand from the Maine Superior Court regarding an appeal by Packard Development. The appeal by Packard Development was for a Planning Board condition of approval limiting the total square footage of the boxing club to 14,000 sq. ft. Please note that no additional evidence will be received regarding this issue and the Board's decision is strictly limited to the record.

ii.Maine Turnpike Authority; Reconsideration of Condition xiii; Vicinity of 2360 Congress Street; Maine Turnpike Authority, Applicant. (7:30-8:00 PM- estimated time)
The Portland Planning Board will continue its reconsideration of Condition #13 of the approval for the proposed three-story Maine Turnpike Authority "Headquarters" building, as granted by the Planning Board at the hearing on May 8th, 2007. The condition being reconsidered requires the applicant to provide a public pedestrian easement over internal sidewalks and pathways.
5. NEW BUSINESS
iii.Village at Ocean Gate; Site Plan and Subdivision Review; Vicinity of 112 Newbury Street; Village at Ocean Gate, LLC., Applicant. (8:00- 9:00 PM- estimated time)
The Portland Planning Board will consider a proposal by Village at Ocean Gate, LLC. who is proposing a site composed of two parcels with a total of 1.81 acres with street frontage along Middle, Hancock, and E. Newbury Streets. The proposed subdivision has been revised to include a total of 140 residential units. The residential buildings are located above one level of structured parking with a total of 138 spaces on-site and 18 leased spaces. The project includes space for a 150-200-seat restaurant and retail and office uses along Middle Street. Zoning for the site is B-5b.
iv.Oak Street Live Work Lofts; Site Plan and Subdivision Review; Vicinity of 72-80 Oak Street; Fuller Rock Island, LLC., Applicant. (9:00- 10:00 PM- estimated time)
The Portland Planning Board will consider a proposal by Fuller Rock Island, LLC. called Oak Street Live Work Lofts. The proposal is for a 23,357 sq. ft. three-story building with retail uses proposed on the first floor and sixteen dwelling units on the second and third floors. Zoning for the site is B-3
