3. ANNOUNCEMENTS OF DECISIONS AT THE PREVIOUS MEETING HELD ON MARCH 22ND, 2006.
i.Request for Reconsideration of Decision; Intersection of Neal/Bowdoin/Clifford Streets; City of Portland Department of Public Works, Applicant.
The Historic Preservation Board voted 4-0 (Geyer absent, Wroth recused)to reconsider it's decision, subject to conditions. The application will be reconsidered at the May 17, 2006 meeting (see enclosed letter).
ii.Recommendation to City Council Regarding Draft Peninsula Traffic Plan, as it effects Designated Historic Properties; City of Portland, Applicant.
The Historic Preservation Board voted 5-0 (Geyer absent) to recommend approval of the Draft Peninsula Traffic Plan (see enclosed draft recommendations).
4. PUBLIC HEARING
i.Review and Approval of Draft Recommendations to City Council Regarding Adoption of Portland Peninsula Traffic Plan.
ii.Certificate of Appropriateness for 1) Martin’s Point Redevelopment Master Plan and 2) Exterior Alterations to former Marine Hospital; MARTIN’S POINT, 331 VERANDA STREET; Martin’s Point Health Care, Applicant.
5. WORKSHOP
i.Review of Draft Guidelines for Window Repair and Replacement.
