B3c Zone Map Amendment; Rezone from B-3c to B-3 to allow drinking establishments; Vicinity of 575 Congress Street; "The Skinny", Johnny Lomba, Applicant. The Portland Planning Board voted unanimously 0-6 (Tevanian absent) on a motion to recommend the rezoning to the City Council.

Hammond Lumber Warehouse/ Retail Site Plan and Traffic Movement Permit; Vicinity of 300 Riverside Street; Hammond Lumber, Applicant. - The Portland Planning Board voted unanimously 6-0 (Tevanian absent) to waive the width of the esplanade from 8' to a minimum of 4'; - voted 3-3 (Silk, Odokara, and Lowry opposed) to approve the Traffic Movement Permit subject to four (4) conditions of approval; - voted 6-0 (Tevanian absent) to approve the site plan subject to seventeen (17) conditions of approval; - voted 6-0 to reconsider the Traffic Movement Permit; and - voted 5-1 (Patterson opposed) to approve the Traffic Movement. |

| i. | Fore Street Hotel; Site Plan and Subdivision Amendment; Vicinity of Fore Street and Hancock Street Extension; Norwich Partners, LLC. (7:30- 8:15 pm- estimated time) The Portland Planning Board will consider a proposal by Norwich Partners, LLC. for a 181 room hotel proposed for the corner of Fore Street and the Hancock Street extension. The project will be reviewed for compliance with the standards for major site plan and subdivision sections of the land use code. The project will also be reviewed for a traffic movement permit and as an amendment to the Shipyard Brewery Site Plan. |

| ii. | Maine Turnpike Authority Headquarters Reconsideration of Conditions of Approval; Vicinity of 2360 Congress Street; Maine Turnpike Authority, Applicant.(8:15- 9:00 pm- estimated time) The Portland Planning Board will reconsider two conditions of the approval for the proposed three-story Maine Turnpike Authority "Headquarters" building, as granted by the Planning Board at the hearing on May 8th, 2007. The two conditions are: - The wording of the sidewalk waiver for a sidewalk along the Connector; and - The condition requiring the applicant to provide a public pedestrian easement over internal sidewalks and pathways. |

(9:00- 9:45 pm- estimated time) The Portland Planning Board will consider a proposal by Diversified Properties Inc. who is proposing a 3 lot subdivision at 35 Barclay Avenue. The project will be reviewed for compliance with Portland's Subdivision Ordinance. |

| ii. | Nicholas Street Extension for Glickman Family Subdivision, Great Diamond Island; Albert B. Glickman, Applicant. (9:45- 10:30 pm- estimated time) The Portland Planning Board will consider a proposal by Albert Glickman for the layout and dedication of a section of Nicholas Street, under section 25-48 and 50 of the Portland Ordinances. The applicant is proposing to extend the dedication of the existing Nicholas Street by approximately 213 feet. The extension is proposed to provide street frontage for two lots proposed as part of the Glickman Family Subdivision. |
