1. Review and recommendation to the Community Development Committee authorizing the City Manager to enter into negotiations with an individual or entity to be determined at this meeting for the purchase of property in Bayside, as well as authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents to apply for federal loan and grant funding through the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development under the Brownfields Economic Development Initiative (BEDI) and Section 108 Programs in an amount not to exceed $12,688,205 for eligible economic development activities in Bayside.
NOTE: The Community Development Committee will immediately follow the Housing Committee meeting which begins at 5:30 p.m. and is anticipated to finish at 7:30 p.m.)
