1. CONTINUATION OF REVIEW OF MAINE STATE PIER PROPOSALS -- the following will give you information about the meeting concept. The meeting is scheduled to run from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Topics: Framework: Relates to the local, state, and federal regulatory requirements for security, environmental, traffic, and site development impacts of proposals. Function: Relates to types of activities proposed and supported by the development.
APLEASE NOTE: The Committee has also scheduled two additional meetings for continuation of review of Maine State Pier Proposals: Weds., June 13, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Portland Ocean Terminal meeting room on the second floor at 40 Commercial Street; and, Weds., June 27, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Portland Ocean Terminal meeting room on the second floor at 40 Commercial Street.
2. First Item on Agenda: Staff Presentation of applicable criteria and significant issues raised by each proposal, using an updated version of the Selection Criteria Summary Table -- 20 minutes
3. Second item on agenda: Questions to Staff from CDC -- 10 Minutes
4. Third item on agenda: Responses and clarifying comments by Proposal Teams -- 10 Minutes Each

5. Fourth item on agenda: Questions to Proposal Teams from CDC -- 10 Minutes
6. Fifth item on agenda: Public comments and questions -- 45 Minutes
