| i. Maine Turnpike Authority Headquarters Site Plan; Vicinity of 2360 Congress Street; Maine Turnpike Authority, Applicant. The Portland Planning Board voted 6-0 (Beal absent) to waive a sidewalk along Airport Access Road and along park and ride lot entry drive. The Planning Board voted 6-0 (Beal absent) to waive the lighting technical standards for architectural lighting subject to one condition of approval. The Planning Board voted 6-0 (Beal absent) to approve the Traffic Movement Permit. The Planning Board voted 6-0 (Beal absent) to approve the site plan subject to 15 conditions of approval. |

| i.B3c Zone Map Amendment; Rezone from B-3c to B-3 to allow drinking establishments; Vicinity of 575 Congress Street; "The Skinny", Johnny Lomba, Applicant (7:00-8:00 PM- estimated time) The Portland Planning Board will consider a Zone Map Amendment (rezone from B-3c to B-3) by "The Skinny". The rezone would allow "The Skinny" to operate as a drinking establishment with entertainment at the corner of Congress Street and Forest Avenue. The Planning Board will make a recommendation on the rezoning to the City Council. ii. Hammond Lumber Warehouse/ Retail Site Plan and Traffic Movement Permit; Vicinity of 300 Riverside Street; Hammond Lumber, Applicant (8:00-9:00 PM- estimated time) The Portland Planning Board will consider a proposal by Hammond Lumber Co. who is proposing the construction of a 43,600 sq. ft. drive-thru warehouse building and a 16,300 sq. ft. retail store with associated parking (74 spaces). The proposal is located on a 5.39 acre site at the northeast corner of the intersection of Warren Avenue and Riverside Street. Zoning for the site is B-4. The project will be reviewed for compliance with the Site Plan Ordinance and MDOT Traffic Movement Permit. |
