| The Portland Planning Board voted 5-0 (Beal abstained, Patterson absent) to approve the waiver of street grade and voted 5-0 (Beal abstained, Patterson absent) to approve the waiver of stormwater standards.
The Portland Planning Board voted 5-0 (Beal abstained, Patterson absent) to approve the Site Location of Development permit.
The Portland Planning Board voted 5-0 (Beal abstained, Patterson absent) to approve the site plan subject to eight (8) conditions of approval.
The Portland Planning Board voted 5-0 Beal abstained, Patterson absent) to approve the subdivision subject to nine (9) conditions of approval.
The Portland Planning Board voted 5-0 (Beal abstained, Patterson absent) to approve the sectional recording.

| iv. | WCZ Zoning Revision Proposal; Submitted by WCZ Task Force |
| The Portland Planning Board voted unanimously 6-0 (Patterson absent) to recommend extending the so-called “35 foot rule” along the entire WCZ stretch of Commercial Street (it is limited now to east of the City fish pier) and they recommended those portions of the Taskforce language that liberalize use of the upper floors of buildings in the zone. The Board further recommended against adopting the mitigation provisions contemplated that require financial contributions or direct investment in marine infrastructure as a condition of new non-marine development. |

| i. | Bayside Zoning Map and Text Amendments Related to a New B-7 Zone in Bayside; City of Portland, Applicant. |
| The Portland Planning Board will consider replacing the existing B-5 Zone between Franklin Street and Marginal Way. |
