The appellant is seeking a Practical Difficulty Variance Appeal under section 14-234 (h) of the City of Portland Zoning Ordinance. Appellant is requesting a set back variance for driveway pavement located between the proposed development of a dispatch center and auto maintenance garage. Section 14-234 (h) requires a fifteen foot pavement set back from property lines instead of the approximate four foot set back shown.
