1. Review and accept Minutes of previous meeting held on March 20, 2007.
2. Continuation of review of proposals received in response to the City’s Request for Proposals for lease and development of the Maine State Pier and consideration of proposed steps in the review process.
Note: After a public session to continue to review proposals, pursuant to 1 M.R.S.A. Section 405(C) and 5 M.R.S.A. 13119—A, the Committee will go into executive session to review financial and proprietary information.
3. Discussion of the proposed “The Monument Square Placemaking Plan: A Keystone Vision for Bayside and the Downtown.”
4. Discussion of a proposed amendment to the Capital LLC Credit Enhancement Agreement.
