The Board voted 5-0 (Silk, Lowry absent) to approve the B-7 Conditional Use Height Standards. The Board voted 5-0 (Silk, Lowry absent) to approve the Traffic Movement Permit subject to one condition of approval. The Board voted 5-0 (Silk, Lowry absent) to approve the Site Plan subject to seven conditions of approval. |

| i. | Warren Avenue Commons Multifamily Housing Conditional Rezoning; Vicinity of 421 Warren Avenue; JMC Warren AVe., LLC, Applicant (7:30-9:00 PM- estimated time) The Portland Planning Board will consider a proposal for a zone change to allow the site to be developed for 170 attached dwelling units, 5 single family lots, and 2 commercial lots. The site is currently split by the B-4 Business and R-3 Residential zones. A portion of the site is in the R-3 Flexible Housing Zone. The site totals 48.7 acres with 30.2 acres int the R-3 zone and 18.5 acres in the B-4 zone. The site has frontage on Warren Avenue, Saville Street, Newcomb Street, Iffley Street, Verrill Street, Farnham Street and Sarsfield Street. The property will be governed by the R-3 zone except for residential density. The 2 commercial lots will be governed by the B-4 zone. |
