| The Planning Board voted unanimously (7-0) to adopt the R-6 Design Principles and Standards with 2 amendments. |

| The Portland Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider a proposal by the University of Southern Maine. The applicant is proposing a 4-story resource and learning center which will consist of classrooms, activity spaces, administrative functions and research staff offices. The project will be located in the vicinity of 53-65 Winslow Street and 20 Bedford Street. The project also involves the construction of a 3-story expansion to the Osher Map Library. |

| The Portland Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider its recommendation to the City Council on a petition from Michael Michaud (under Section 25-48 and 50 of the Portland ordinances) for the layout and dedication of a section of Kineo Street. The applicant is proposing to extend the existing Kineo Street approximately 85 feet to the east and to include a turnaround area. |

| The Portland Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider a proposal by Riverwalk, LLC. for amendments to the previously approved Longfellow Residence and Retail project located within the block formed by India St., Fore St., Hancock St. extension and Commercial St. extension. The proposed amendments include adding 14 residential units (totaling 130), divide retail adding 30 sub surface parking spaces (totaling 90 on-site), and changes to the exterior design.
NOTE: It is possible that the Board will not reach all of the items prior to adjournment. Any items not reached will be rescheduled to appear on the subsequent agenda with items appearing early on the agenda as unfinished business.
