The Portland Planning Board voted unanimously (7-0) to table this item to the February 27th, 2007 meeting.
iiB-3 Surface Parking and Minimum Building Height Amendments
The Portland Planning Board voted 6-1 (Lowry opposed) to recommend the zoning amendment to the City Council.

R-6 Design Principles and Standards Guidelines (7:30 - 8:00 p.m. - estimated time)
The Portland Planning Board will consider a proposal for amendments to the technical design standards for the R-6 Infill Design Certification Program. The proposed text amendments include a revised purpose statement, additional submittal requirements, reorganization of the design principles and updates to the design principles and alternative design review option.

Sign Appeal; Waldron Way; Enpro Corporation, Applicant 8:00 - 8:45 p.m. - estimated time)
The Portland Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider an appeal by Daniel Skinney of an approved sign location at the intersection of Waldron Way and Riverside Street.
