The Historic Preservation Board voted unanimously to elect the following officers: John Turk, Chair and Rick Romano, Vice Chair
iiCertificate of Appropriateness for Final Design Details Associated with Proposed Townhouse Development; One India Street; Riverwalk, LLC., Applicant.
The Historic Preservation Board voted 6-0 (Turk absent) to approve the final design revisions associated with the previously-approved project. Approval was granted without conditions.
iiiCertificate of Appropriateness for Exterior Alterations; 13 Deering Street; Stephen and Elise Smith, Applicants.
The Historic Preservation Board voted 6-0 (Turk absent) to approve the proposed alterations, except for the proposed solar collector. Consideration of the proposed solar collector was tabled pending receipt of additional information.
