	i Election of Officers Deferred election of Officers to the January 17th, 2007 meeting.
	ii Certificate of Appropriateness for Porch Additions; 135 Vaughan Street; Alex Kriekhaus, Applicant. The Historic Preservation Board voted 5-0 (Baron and Deprez absent) to approve the application, subject to conditions.
	iii Certificate of Appropriateness for Final Design Details and Revisions to Previously-Approved Plans; One India Street; Riverwalk, LLC., Applicant. The Historic Preservation Board voted 5-0 (Baron and Deprez absent) to approve the final design details and revisions of the previously approved plans, subject to conditions.
	iv Certificate of Appropriateness for Final Design Details and Revisions to Previously-Approved Plans; 300 Fore Street; The Olympia Companies, Applicant. The Historic Preservation Board voted 4-0 (Baron, Deprez and Pitman absent) to approve the final design details and revisions of the previously approved plans, subject to conditions.
	v Certificate of Appropriateness for Exterior Alterations; 27 Deering Street; Dr. Chip Peck, Applicant. The Historic Preservation Board voted 4-0 (Baron, Deprez and Pitman absent) that the application failed to meet Standards of Review 1, 3 and 10 of the Ordinance, so therefore the application was denied.
