Appellant is requesting the joint use of 10 additional parking spaces located at 466 Stevens Avenue, Central Square Baptist Church. This will give appellant a total of 12 parking spaces, 2 of which are already located on the site for the proposed Dunkin Donut space. Appellant is requesting an approximate 2 foot set back instead of the required 10’ side yard set back for the proposed addition along Cedar Street. Representing the Appeal is Mark Johnson of SMRT.
