iPeninsula Traffic Plan - Recommendation for inclusion in the Comprehensive Plan (5:00 – 6:30 p.m. – estimated time)
The Portland Planning Board will hold a public hearing and a recommendation to the City Council for adoption of the Peninsula Traffic Plan in Portland’s Comprehensive Plan.

Bayside Village Student Housing; Site Plan and Conditional Use; Vicinity of 120 Marginal Way; So. Maine Student Housing, Applicant. (7:30 – 8:30 p.m. – estimated time)
The Portland Planning Board will continue a public hearing to consider a proposal by Southern Maine Student Housing, LLC for a 400 bedroom lodging house development in the vicinity of 120 Marginal Way. This application was tabled at the Planning Board's meetings on October 10th and 24th. The lodging house is intended for college students. A retail space of about 3,800 sq. ft. is also proposed. Vehicle access to the site is from Marginal Way. The total floor area of the building is 207,332 sq. ft. and is 5 stories high. 102 parking spaces within a parking garage are proposed on the site.

B-1/B-1b Zoning Text Amendments; Text change to prohibit high traffic businesses; City of Portland, Applicant. (8:30 – 9:00 p.m. – estimated time)
The Portland Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider a text change to the B-1/B-1b Neighborhood Business Zones. The amendment would prohibit high traffic businesses (those businesses that generate 65 vehicle trips per hour during the a.m. or p.m. Rush hour) from locating within any neighborhood business zone.
