2. Review and discussion of proposed marketing of City-owned property in Bayside along Somerset Street. Pursuant to 1 M.R.S.A. Section 405(C), this item may go into executive session.

3. Review and discussion of proposed amendments to ordinance relative to formula businesses, leading to a recommendation to the City Council.

4. Executive Session: Pursuant to 1 M.R.S.A. Section 405(C), the Committee will go into executive session to discuss possible sale or disposition of City-owned real estate in the Town of Falmouth.
