| The Portland Planning Board will consider a proposal by Southern Maine Student Housing, LLC for a 400 bedroom lodging house development in the vicinity of 120 Marginal Way. The lodging house is intended for college students. A retail space of about 3,800 sq. ft. is also proposed. Vehicle access to the site is from Marginal Way. The total floor area of the building is 207,332 sq. ft. and is 5 stories high. 102 parking spaces within a parking garage are proposed on the site. |

| The Portland Planning Board will consider a plan by Ade Management and Twenty Three Hundred Congress Street, LLC. The applicant is proposing a change of use from office to medical office. The previous tenant, Idexx Laboratories, has relocated and the owners are seeking to occupy the building with a proposed methadone health clinic operated by Health Care Resources, Inc. d/b/a Community Substance House Centers. |

| The Portland Planning Board will consider a plan by Marcus Moschetto for two (2) parking spaces to display used cars at the property of 486 Forest Avenue. The display area will be located on the Dartmouth street side. The project will be reviewed for compliance with Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit Standards. |

| The Portland Planning Board consider a proposal by the Cedars Nursing Care Center and JHA Services, Inc. The applicants approval in 2005 has since lapsed. They are now applying for reapproval to expand its existing services by adding a new Cedars Assisted Living Facility (ALF), which will be located between and connected to the existing Cedars (Long Term Care Facility) and the Atrium (Independent Living Facility). The new Assisted Living Facility will have 30 living units which can house up to two (2) residents. Zoning for the site is R-3 and R-5. The project will use the existing Ocean Avenue driveway. |
