| i | Packard Development; Reconsideration of Traffic Movement Permit; Vicinity of 33 Allen Avenue; requested by Debra Keenan.
|
| The Portland Planning Board voted 4-1 (Hall and Lowry recused; Tevanian opposed) to reaffirm their prior approval of the traffic movement permit. |
|

| ii | Pharmacy; Vicinity of 365 Allen Avenue; Rite Aid Corporation, Applicant. |
| The Portland Planning Board voted 6-0 (Beal recused) to approve the site plan, subject to nine (9) conditions of approval. |

| iii | Bayside Railyard Temporary Parking; Vicinity of 163 Preble Street; Bayside Ventures, LLC., Applicant.

| The Portland Planning Board voted 7-0 to approve the conditional use; the Board also voted 7-0 to waive the sidewalk requirements substituting a temporary bituminous sidewalk for the driveway to the corner of Elm Street and the Board also voted 7-0 to approve the site plan subject to three (3) conditions of approval. |

| i | Bayside Railyard Parking Garage; Vicinity of 25 Somerset Street; Bayside Ventures, Downtown Portland Corporation and the City of Portland, Applicants. (7:30 – 8:30 p.m.) |
| The Portland Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider a plan by the City of Portland for a proposed 700 space parking garage in the vicinity of 25 Somerset Street. The Downtown Portland Corporation is a co-applicant. Vehicle access to the parking garage would be off of Somerset Street. The first floor of the parking garage will have 20,000 sq. ft. of retail space. The garage/building footprint is about 35,530 sq. ft. The parking garage is 6 levels high. |

| ii | Tow Lots – Text Amendment (8:30 – 9:00 p.m.) |
| The Portland Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider a proposal by the City of Portland to make ordinance text amendments to clarify and expand permissable locations for tow lots under the zoning ordinances for B-4, I-M and I-H zones and to clarify the traffic ordinance's location requirements for tow lots. |
