79 Longwood Drive, Katherine St. Claire owner, Tax Map #283 Block B Lot #015 and 043 in the R3 Residential Zone is seeking a Conditional Use under section 14-88 (a) 2 of the City of Portland Zoning Ordinance. Appellant is requesting a change of use from single family dwelling, to a single family with an accessory dwelling unit. The living area being used is a section of the attached two car garage and the existing family room addition. Representing the Appeal is the owner.
