| 1. | Review and accept Minutes of previous meeting held on April 11, 2012. |
| 2. | Congress Square Property Disposition Discussion (60 Minutes) – Greg Mitchell and Rockbridge Company officials. Presentation from Rockbridge Capital (Eastland Hotel Owners) followed by discussion. |
| 3. | Amend the Creative Portland Development and Arts TIF District (15 Minutes) – Greg Mitchell. Proposed amendments include amending the maximum cap of the District, now at $100,000, and extending the term from 10 years to 15 years. |
| 4. | Draft TIF Policy Revisions (15 Minutes) – Greg Mitchell. Review and discuss, particularly in regard to recent TIF requests. |
| 5. | Executive Sessions (75 Minutes) – Pursuant to 1 M.R.S.A. 405(6)(C) and (F) and 5 M.R.S.A. 13119-A, the Committee will go into executive session for staff to provide an update regarding negotiations for real estate for Items 5(a), 5(b), and 5(d), and to review proprietary information for all four items listed below.
