4. ANNOUNCEMENT OF DECISIONS AT THE PREVIOUS MEETING, HELD ON AUGUST 8TH , 2006.
iMercy Hospital Site Plan; Vicinity of the Fore River Medical Campus; Mercy Hospital, Applicant.
The Portland Planning Board voted 5-0 (Odokara and Anton absent) to grant waiver of technical standards III-A regarding parking space dimensions and voted 5-0 (Odokara and Anton absent) to grant waiver of technical standard XV(c) regarding light pole heights.

The Board also voted 5-0 (Odokara and Anton absent) that the revised Master plan is in conformance with the contract zone agreement of 2001, subject to three (3) conditions of approval.

The Board also voted 5-0 (Odokara and Anton absent) that the plan is in conformance with the site plan standards subject to twenty-five (25) conditions of approval.

iPackard Development Appeal; Traffic Movement Permit; Vicinity of 33 Allen Avenue; Debra Keenan, Appellant.(7:30 - 8:30 p.m.)
The Portland Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider a reconsideration by Debra Keenan regarding the Traffic Movement Permit issued by the Planning Board.
6. NEW BUSINESS
iConditional Rezoning; Vicinity of 121 and 135 Sheridan Street; Greg Shinberg, Applicant. (8:30 – 9:30 p.m.)
The Portland Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider a revised request from Sheridan Street LLC., for conditional rezoning for the proposed Sheridan Heights Condominiums, with 21 dwelling units plus an existing single family home. The project is located at 121 and 135 Sheridan Street. This project will be reviewed for consistency with the Comprehensive Plan and a recommendation on the rezoning to the City Council.
iiConditional Use; Vicinity of 3 Storer Street; Waynflete School, Applicant. (9:30 – 10:15 p.m.)
The Portland Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider a plan by Waynflete School to use the first floor of this residence for institutional uses including offices, meeting and seminar rooms. The applicant also proposes to construct a small exterior ramp to provide handicap accessibility.
iiiThe Village at Ocean Gateway Conditional Rezoning; Vicinity of 112 Newbury Street; The Village at Ocean Gate LLC., Applicant. (10:15 – 11:30 p.m.)
The Portland Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider a proposed conditional rezoning from The Village at Ocean Gate, LLC. The development site is composed of two parcels with a total of 1.81 acres with street frontage along Middle, Hancock and East Newbury Streets. The proposed rezoning would permit the construction of 176 residential condominiums above one or two levels of structured parking with a total of 207 spaces. The project includes space for a 150 to 200-seat restaurant and retail and office uses along Middle Street. The rezoning includes revised dimensional requirements to allow 176 residential units, to allow a maximum building height of 74 feet and to adjust the maximum front yard setback for the parking level entrance. The conditional rezoning will also set the number of parking spaces required for the residential units and commercial space.
