| 1. | WORKSHOP - 3:30 P.M. 1. The Forefront at Thompson's Point, 1 Thompson's Point, Thompson's Point Development Company, Applicant. The Planning Board will consider the proposal to develop Thompson's Point, an approx. 30 acre site adjacent to the Portland Transportation Center. The Applicant proposes a 2 phase development. Phase 1 includes an event center, concert facility, hotel, sports medicine and fitness facility, 732 car parking garage, restaurant, 120,000 sq. ft. of office buildings and 718 surface parking spaces. Phase 2 includes four additional buildings of approx. 200,000 sq. ft. This proposal is suject to Level III Site Plan, Subdivision, Chapter 500 Stormwater, Site Location of Development, and Shoreland Zoning review.
