7. Revised 2012 HCDC Work Plan for adoption (5 Minutes).
8. Executive Sessions (90 Minutes) – Pursuant to 1 M.R.S.A. 405(6)(C) and (F) and 5 M.R.S.A. 13119-A, the Committee will go into executive session for staff to provide an update regarding negotiations for real estate for Items 8(a) and 8(c), and to review proprietary information for all three items listed below.
