| 1. | WORKSHOP – 4:00 p.m. i. UNE (University of New England) Master Plan, 716 Stevens Avenue, University of New England, applicant. (4:00 - 6:00 p.m. – estimated time) The Planning Board will consider a Campus Master Plan for the University of New England’s Portland campus located at 716 Stevens Avenue. The Planning Board will also consider UNE’s Stormwater Management Plan, a Long-term Parking Strategy and Traffic Demand Management Plan, which are submitted to address conditions of approval for the Pharmacy School. AT THE REQUEST OF THE PLANNING DIVISION, THE PUBLIC HEARING ITEM BELOW FOR 884 FOREST AVENUE, WILL BE POSTPONED TO ALLOW THE APPLICANT TIME TO SUBMIT MORE INFORMATION. THEREFORE, THERE IS NO PUBLIC HEARING PORTION OF TODAY’S MEETING. PUBLIC HEARING – 7:00 p.m. 5. NEW BUSINESS i. Convenience Store; Gas Station and Bank; 1884 Forest Avenue; John Chau and Phuong Neang, Applicants. (7:00 p.m. – estimated time). The Planning Board will consider a Conditional Use and Level III application for a convenience store/gas station with a drive thru and a bank branch with a drive thru window.
