| 1. | WORKSHOP – 4:00 p.m. i. UNE (University of New England) Master Plan, 716 Stevens Avenue, University of New England, applicant. (4:00 - 6:00 p.m. – estimated time) The Planning Board will consider a Campus Master Plan for the University of New England’s Portland campus located at 716 Stevens Avenue. The Planning Board will also consider UNE’s Stormwater Management Plan, a Long-term Parking Strategy and Traffic Demand Management Plan, which are submitted to address conditions of approval for the Pharmacy School. PUBLIC HEARING – 7:00 p.m. i. Convenience Store; Gas Station and Bank; 1884 Forest Avenue; John Chau and Phuong Neang, Applicants. (7:00 p.m. – estimated time). The Planning Board will consider a Conditional Use and Level III application for a convenience store/gas station with a drive thru and a bank branch with a drive thru window. The total building area is 8,850 square feet with 33 parking spaces at 1884 Forest Avenue in the B-2 zone. This item was tabled from the March 27, 2012 meeting to the April 10th public hearing.
