Section 14-120(1)(a)(11) gives the minimum required lot size for a daycare as 6,000 square feet. The lot is 3,558 square feet. The appellant is requesting a variance for the minimum lot size for a daycare to be reduced from 6,000 square feet to 3,558 square feet. Representing the appeal is the owner.
