i. (2nd) Preliminary Review of Proposed Exterior and Site Alterations associated with Change of Use; 38 Preble Street; Preble Street, Applicant.

5. CONSENT AGENDA

i. Request to Amend Previous Approval for Exterior Alterations; 9 COMMERCIAL STREET; Art Bannister, Applicant. Applicant requests approval to substitute roll-up door for approved storefront window in eastern storefront bay. Staff has been contacted by building owner, but has not yet received revised plans for distribution. Plans will be forwarded if received prior to meeting. (This is on the consent agenda, as it came to staff’s attention after the legal ad had been published.)
