| 1. | WORKSHOP- 3:30 p.m. i. The Forefront at Thompson’s Point, 1 Thompson’s Point, The Thompson’s Point Development Company, Applicant. (3:30 – 5:30 p.m. - estimated time subject to change) The Portland Planning Board will conduct an on-site workshop and site walk of Thompson’s Point. The site walk is in regard to a proposal submitted by Thompson’s Point Development Co, Inc. (applicant). The applicant proposes to redevelop the approximately 30 acre site adjacent to the Portland Transportation Center off of Thompson’s Point Connector Road and Fore River Parkway. The site walk is intended to familiarize the Board with the geography and physical conditions of the site and vicinity and with the applicant’s development proposal. The workshop will convene at the Portland Trails trailhead sign to the left of the driveway on the southerly side of the railroad tracks on Thompson’s Point.
