The Historic Preservation Board voted 7-0 to approve, subject to conditions, previously-tabled aspects of the application, including the position of the dormer’s Fore Street end walls, deck design details and final material palette.

ii. Certificate of Appropriateness for Stair and Railing Replacement; 55 Bowdoin Street; Michael and Emily Williams, Applicant.

The Historic Preservation Board voted 7-0 to approve the application, subject to conditions.

iii. Certificate of Appropriateness for Window Alterations; 104 WEST STREET; Karyn Pellow, Applicant.
With the consent of the applicant’s contractor, the Board voted 7-0 to table the application, pending receipt of an alternative proposal.

iv. Certificate of Appropriateness for Storefront Alterations; 10 EXCHANGE STREET; 10 Exchange Street. LLC., Applicant.
At the request of the applicant’s counsel, the item was tabled for future consideration.
