| 1. | WORKSHOP - 3:30 p.m i. The Forefront at Thompson’s Point, 1 Thompson’s Point, The Thompson’s Point Development Company, Applicant. (3:30-5:50 p.m.- estimated time subject to change). The Planning Board will hold a workshop to consider a two-phased proposal to develop the 30 acre site at Thompson’s Point, Phase I includes an event center, concert facility, hotel, sports medicine and fitness facility, 700 car parking garage, restaurant, two (2) office buildings and associated surface parking. Phase 2 includes two (2) additional buildings with 146,000 sf. The proposal will be reviewed as a Level III site plan, subdivision, stormwater permit, and site location of development review.

4. REPORT OF DECISIONS AT THE PREVIOUS MEETING HELD ON AUGUST 9, 2011: ii. Enterprise Rent A Car Building and Parking Lot, Level III Site Plan, 1128 Westbrook Street; Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Applicant. The Planning Board voted (5-0, Silk recused, Patterson absent) on three waivers: 1) waived the requirement for parking lot islands, 2) waived the maximum driveway width to allow a 38 foot apron; and 3) waived the parking aisle width from 24 feet to 22 feet and 11 feet. The Planning Board voted to approve (4-1, O’Brien opposed, Silk recused, Patterson absent) the site plan with eight (8) conditions of approval.
5. NEW BUSINESS ii. Appeal of 25 and 27 Dakota Street, Level I Minor Residential Site Plans, Diversified Properties, Inc. Applicant. First Appeallant: Sue Ann Nolan, 135 Maine Avenue, Portland; Second Appellant; Theresa E. Geissler, 12117 Sandy Court, Herndon, VA owning Tax Assessor lots 406-H-17 and 407-H-28 (7:30 p.m.- estimated time, subject to change). The Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider two appeals of administrative approvals with conditions regarding two Level I Minor Residential applications for two single family homes off Dakota Street. The Planning Board will review the proposals as new applications.
