The Historic Preservation Board voted (5-0) (Hammen, Wroth absent) to table final consideration of the application pending receipt of revised drawings.

The Historic Preservation Board voted 5-0 (Hammen, Wroth absent) to approve most aspects of the application, subject to conditions. The Board tabled final consideration of the position of the dormer end walls pending review of a mock-up and potential design revisions.
