The applicant has requested that this item be TABLED TO A LATER DATE. PUBLIC HEARING - 7:00 p.m. 1. ROLL CALL AND DECLARATION OF QUORUM 2. COMMUNICATIONS AND REPORTS 3. REPORT OF ATTENDANCE AT THE PREVIOUS MEETING HELD ON AUGUST 9, 2011: There was no workshop portion of this meeting Public Hearing: Morrissette, Lowry, Patterson and Hall present; Lewis, O’Brien and Silk absent. 4. REPORT OF DECISIONS AT THE PREVIOUS MEETING HELD ON AUGUST 9, 2011: i. Adams School Site, 48 Moody Street, Final Level III Site Plan and Subdivision Review, Avesta Housing, Applicant. The Planning Board voted unanimously 4-0 (Silk, O’Brien and Lewis absent) to approve the waiver of stormwater management to discharge into the combined sewers; voted unanimously 4-0 (Silk, O’Brien and Lewis absent) to approve the subdivision subject to four (4) conditions of approval; and voted unanimously 4-0 (Silk, O’Brien and Lewis absent) to approve the site plan subject to five (5) conditions of approval. 5. NEW BUSINESS i. Conditional Use Review; 355 Canco Road; Jehovah’s Witnesses, Applicant. (7:00 – 7:45 p.m. – estimated time subject to change.) Mark Lawrence, representing the Jehovah’s Witnesses has applied for a 616 square foot building addition for a meeting room at the Kingdom Hall at 355 Canco Road. The proposal includes expanding the parking area by 2,203 square feet and a new on-site driveway leading to a proposed 576 square foot canopy for a building entrance. The proposal is reviewed as a site plan and conditional use expansion in the Residential R-3 zone. ii. Building Expansion; 1128 Westbrook Street; Enterprise Rent A Car, Applicant. (7:45 p.m. – estimated time subject to change.) The Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider a final Site Plan by Enterprise Rent a Car for an expansion of the paved area of approximately 37,625 square feet. The proposed site plan includes the construction of a 4,176 sq. ft. maintenance/car wash building and a new fueling facility at 1128 Westbrook Street. The site is located in the Airport Business Zone and the proposal is being reviewed as a Level III site plan.
