1. WORKSHOP- 4:00 p.m. (Note Change in Time)

i. The Forefront at Thompson’s Point, 1 Thompson’s Point, The Thompson’s Point Development Company, Applicant (4:00 – 6:00 p.m. - estimated time subject to change) The Planning Board will hold a workshop to consider a two-phased proposal to develop the 30 acre site at Thompson’s Point. Phase I includes an event center, concert facility, hotel, sports medicine and fitness facility, 700 car parking garage, restaurant, two (2) office buildings and associated surface parking. Phase 2 includes two (2) additional buildings with 125,000 sf. The proposal will be reviewed as a Level III site plan, subdivision, storm water permit, and site location of development review.

PUBLIC HEARING – 7:00 p.m.

i. Conditional Use Review; 355 Canco Road; Jehovah’s Witnesses, Applicant. (7:00 – 7:45 p.m. – estimated time subject to change.) Mark Lawrence, representing the Jehovah’s Witnesses has applied for a 616 square foot building addition for a meeting room at the Kingdom Hall at 355 Canco Road. The proposal includes expanding the parking area by 2,203 square feet and a new on-site driveway leading to a proposed 576 square foot canopy for a building entrance. The proposal is reviewed as a site plan and conditional use expansion in the Residential R-3 zone.

ii. Building Expansion; 1128 Westbrook Street; Enterprise Rent A Car, Applicant. (7:45 p.m. – estimated time subject to change.) The Planning Board will hold a workshop to consider a final Site Plan by Enterprise Rent a Car for an expansion of the paved area of approximately 37,625 square feet. The proposed site plan includes the construction of a 4,176 sq. ft. maintenance/car wash building and a new fueling facility at 1128 Westbrook Street. The site is located in the Airport Business Zone and the proposal is being reviewed as a Level III site plan.
