REPORT OF ATTENDANCE AT THE PREVIOUS MEETING HELD ON JULY 26, 2011: There was no workshop portion of this meeting Public Hearing: Lewis, Morrissette, Lowry, O’Brien and Silk present; Patterson and Hall absent. 4. REPORT OF DECISIONS AT THE PREVIOUS MEETING HELD ON JULY 26, 2011: i. Shoreland Zone Text Amendment The Portland Planning Board voted unanimously to recommend the Shoreland Zoning amendments to the City Council. The Board also voted unanimously to express concern about parking lot location closer than 75' to water’s edge without reasonable need. 5. NEW BUSINESS i. Adams School Site, 48 Moody Street, Final Level III Site Plan and Subdivision Review, Avesta Housing, Applicant. (7:00 p.m. - estimated time) Avesta Housing is proposing a 16-unit affordable residential condominium development on 0.74 acres of land at 48 Moody Street. The plan includes improvements to public open space and a playground on public land. The proposal will be reviewed as a Level III site plan and a subdivision under the City’s ordinances.
