(7:00 p.m.- estimated time) Avesta Housing is proposing a 16-unit affordable residential condominium development on 0.74 acres of land at 48 Moody Street. The plan includes improvements to public open space and a playground on public land. The proposal will be reviewed as a Level III site plan and a subdivision under the City’s ordinances.
