REPORT OF ATTENDANCE AT THE PREVIOUS MEETING HELD ON JULY 12, 2011: Workshop: Lewis, Hall Lowry and Silk present; Morrissette, O’Brien and Patterson absent. Public Hearing: Lewis, Hall Lowry, O’Brien, Patterson, and Silk present; Morrissette, absent. 4. REPORT OF DECISIONS AT THE PREVIOUS MEETING HELD ON JULY 12, 2011: i. Request for Reconsideration of Site Plan Approval, action taken at the previous meeting on June 28, 2011; 7 Residential Units (Harborview Townhouses) with a 19 space Parking Lot; 127 York Street, Redfern Properties, Applicant. The Planning Board voted unanimously (6-0, Morrissette absent) to reconsider the site plan approval. The Planning Board voted unanimously (6-0, Morrissette absent) to waive the technical standard Section 1.14 to allow 4 compact spaces. The Board voted (5-1, Lewis opposed; Morrissette absent) to approve the site plan with seven (7) conditions of approval. ii. Wind Ordinance Zoning Text Amendments; City of Portland, Applicant. The Planning Board voted unanimously (5-0, Lewis and Morrissette, absent) to recommend to City Council the adoption of the proposed ordinance as revised by the Planning Board. iii. Renewal of a Subdivision Sidewalk Waiver; Gertrude Street; Diversified Properties, Applicant. The Planning Board voted unanimously (5-0, Lewis and Morrissette, absent) to reapprove a waiver of a sidewalk, Section 14-498. 5. NEW BUSINESS i. Shoreland Zone Text Amendment The Portland Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider text amendments that address pier setback provisions of the Eastern Waterfront Port Zone; high water setbacks for buildings, parking and roadways in the Shoreland Zone portions of the B-5, B-5b, B-6, B-7, and I-M zones; and clearing of vegetation standards in the Shoreland Zone portions of the B-5, B-5b, B-6, B-7, and I-M zones.
