Shoreland Zone Text Amendment The Portland Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider text amendments that address pier setback provisions of the Eastern Waterfront Port Zone; high water setbacks for buildings, parking and roadways in the Shoreland Zone portions of the B-5, B-5b, B-6, B-7, and I-M zones; and clearing of vegetation standards in the Shoreland Zone portions of the B-5, B-5b, B-6, B-7, and I-M zones.
