| 1. | WORKSHOP - 3:30 p.m. i. The Forefront at Thompson’s Point, 1 Thompson’s Point, The Thompson’s Point Development Company, Applicant (3:30 – 4:45 p.m. - estimated time subject to change) The Planning Board will hold a workshop to consider a two-phased proposal to develop the 30 acre site at Thompson’s Point. Phase I includes an event center, concert facility, hotel, sports medicine and fitness facility, 700 car parking garage, restaurant, two (2) office buildings and associated surface parking. Phase 2 includes two (2) additional buildings with 125,000 sf. The proposal will be reviewed as a Level III site plan, subdivision, storm water permit, and site location of development review. ii. Portland Technology Park, 300 Rand Road, City of Portland, Applicant (4:45-6:00 p.m. - estimated time subject to change) The Planning Board will hold a workshop to consider an Office Park Planned Unit Development (OPPUD) proposal on 26.8 acres of a 40 acre City-owned site at 300 Rand Rd. The proposed condominium office park includes seven building sites with a private roadway off Rand Road and a parking lot for public access to an existing trail network. The proposal will be reviewed as a Level III site plan, subdivision, and traffic movement permit. PUBLIC HEARING – 7:00 p.m. i. 127 York Street; 7 Residential Units (Harborview Townhouses) with a 19 space Parking Lot; Redfern Properties, Applicant. (7:00-8:00 p.m. - estimated time subject to change) The Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider a Level III site plan and subdivision for a new 7 unit residential building and a 19 vehicle space parking lot at 127 York Street in the R-6 zone. The existing 12 unit brick building will be retained. ii. Technical Manual Updates and Text Amendments to Article V, Site Plan of the Land Use Code (8:00 p.m. - estimated time subject to change) The Planning Board will hold a public hearing on amendments to the Technical Manual for handicap ramps in historic districts and fire hydrant separation requirements. The Board will consider a recommendation to amend Site Plan Ordinance with revised landscape requirements for site alteration applications and a new stormwater standard for all development.
