| 1. | WORKSHOP - 3:30 p.m. i. Building Expansion; 1128 Westbrook Street; Enterprise Rent A Car, Applicant. (3:30 – 4:30 p.m. – estimated time subject to change.) The Planning Board will hold a workshop to consider a Level III Site Plan by Enterprise Rent a Car for an expansion of the paved area on their site to include the construction of a 4,176 sq. ft. maintenance/car wash building and a new fueling facility at 1128 Westbrook Street. ii. Conditional Use Review; 202 Woodford Street; Portland School Department, Applicant. (4:30 p.m. – estimated time subject to change.) The Planning Board will hold a workshop to consider a Conditional Use Application by the Portland School Department for a conditional use review to move Portland’s Day Treatment Program from the West Street to the Woodford’s Congregational Parish Hall at 202 Woodford Street. PUBLIC HEARING – 7:00 p.m. i. Appeal of Single Family Home; Taft Avenue; James Drake, Applicant. (7:00 p.m. – estimated time subject to change.) The Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider an appeal of an administrative approval with conditions for a single family home on Taft Avenue. The Planning Board will review the proposal as a new application.
