1. WORKSHOP - 3:30 p.m.

i. Parking Lot and Building Expansion; 1128 Westbrook Street; Enterprise Rent A Car, Applicant. (3:30 – 4:30 p.m. – estimated time subject to change.) The Planning Board will hold a workshop to consider a Level III Site Plan by Enterprise Rent a Car for an expansion of the paved area on their site work to include the construction of a 4,176 sq. ft. maintenance/car wash building and a new fueling facility at 1128 Westbrook Street.

ii. Informational workshop; 202 Woodford Street; Portland School Department, Applicant. (4:30 p.m. – estimated time subject to change.) The Planning Board will hold an informational workshop to consider a proposal by the Portland School Department to move Portland’s Day Treatment Program from the West Street to the Woodford’s Congregational Parish Hall at 202 Woodford Street.

4. REPORT OF DECISIONS AT THE PREVIOUS MEETING HELD ON MAY 24, 2011:
Amended Conditional Rezoning Agreement; 112 Newbury Street; The Village at OceanGate, LLC., Applicant. The Planning Board 5-0 (Lewis and Lowry absent) to recommend the extension of the conditional rezoning agreement to the City Council subject to four (4) conditions of approval. The Board also voted 5-0 (Lewis and Lowry absent) to approve the revision to the subdivision and affirming the previously required ten (10) conditions of approval.

ii. B-1/B-1b Text Amendments for On-Peninsula Zones, City of Portland, Applicant. The Planning Board voted 5-0 (Lewis and Lowry absent) to recommend approval to the City Council of certain amendments to the B-1 and B-1b including an increase in residential density for on-peninsula districts.

5. NEW BUSINESS

i. Appeal of Single Family Home; Taft Avenue; Francis P. Drake, Applicant. (7:00 p.m. – estimated time subject to change.) The Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider an appeal of an administrative approval with conditions for a single family home on Taft Avenue. The Planning Board will review the proposal as a new application.
