APractical Difficulty Variance Appeal: 4-10 Allison Avenue, Ronald & Jennifer Dionne, owners, Tax Map 353, Block B, Lot 001, R-2 Residential Zone: The applicants are proposing to install a 16’ x 32’ in ground pool. Section 14-432(b) requires that a pool be located a minimum of ten feet from the principal structure. The appellants are requesting a variance to reduce the required setback to eight feet from the attached garage. Representing the appeal are the owners.
