4. REPORT OF DECISIONS AT THE PREVIOUS MEETING HELD ON APRIL 26, 2011:

i. 901 Washington Avenue; 18,000 sq. ft. Office Building; JB Brown, Applicant. At the request of the applicant, this item will be tabled to May 10, 2011 at 7:00 p.m.

5. NEW BUSINESS

i. Martins Point Office Building; 901 Washington Avenue; JB Brown & Sons, Applicant. (6:00 -7:00 p.m., estimated time, subject to change). The Planning Board will consider an application by JB Brown & Sons to construct an 18,000 sq. ft. single story office building (Martin’s Point Health Care) with 78 parking spaces to be located at 901 Washington Avenue.

ii. Technical Manual Updates and Text Amendments to Article II, Planning Board, Article IV, Subdivision, and Article V, Site Plan of the Land Use Code. (8:00 p.m. - estimated time subject to change) Portland's Technical Manual and Site Plan Ordinance were adopted in 2010. The Planning Board will consider a series of text amendments to the site plan ordinance Technical Manual to clarify provision and correct any errors. The revisions to the technical manual include new standards for Crime Prevention through Environmental Design and updates to the transportation, sewer, landscape, soil surveys, public safety and property boundary surveys. The proposed text amendments to the Land Use Code that address noticing provisions, applicable reviews and standards for Level I reviews, and update of submission requirements.
