| 1. | WORKSHOP – 3:30 p.m. i. Technical Manual Updates Portland's Technical Manual was adopted in 2010. The Planning Board will consider a series of text amendments to the Manual to clarify provisions, correct any errors and add new standards for Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design. The amendments include updates to the transportation, sewer, landscape, soil surveys, public safety and property boundary surveys. There is no public hearing portion of today’s meeting.
