| 3. | Executive Session: The Committee will go into executive session for staff to provide an update regarding negotiations to sell City owned real estate pursuant to 1 M.R.S.A. 405(6)(C) and 5 M.R.S.A. 13119-A. This includes the possible sale of City owned Bayside property and the possible sale of City owned property located in the Portland Technology Park on Rand Road.
